Modern Tapered Aluminium Flagpoles
These flagpoles are made on one of only three spinning lathes in Australia. There are two of these in Sydney and one in Adelaide. We draw ours from Adda Flagpoles in Sydney, arguably Australia’s market leader, and supply and install when required.
The aluminium tube used is extruded from 6000 series aluminium with a T6 temper which is a high strength marine grade alloy with excellent durability particularly suitable for architectural items.
All these poles are fitted with a truck (knob on top) pulley, halyard, flag clips and base plate or wall brackets . They are also available with a vandal resistant halyard (locked away inside the pole) hinged base or tabernacle. Rated Wind Terrain Category 2
These poles are easy to install, are supplied with hold down bolts and spacing template for the foundation. They come in various finishes, satin aluminium, anodised, or powder coated, and although white is by far the most popular and durable finish, other colours are available.

Flying flags larger than those recommended
Flags of All Nations sells flagpoles which withstand quite heavy wind gusts, and many of our customers fly flags larger than those recommended here and assume responsibility for doing so. It must be born in mind that in a storm, for example, the flag will be full of water and the wind will be gusting heavily, imposing unusual stresses on the flagpole. The greatest stress will be on the flag, which should not be flown in excessively windy weather.
